The Client will determine the targets and sales for the commodity to be mined and saleable tons

—OMMC will do the tender documents for the mining process and ask registered mining companies to tender for the opencast mining contract.

—Guidelines will be required from the investor or permit holder to set up the tender documents.

—Closing of a mining tender, OMMC will do a summary to Investors or permit holders on outcome of the mining tender.

—The required services for all legal appointees will be negotiated with suppliers, service level agreement and costing will be consulted with the providers.

—All site establishment and required infrastructure will be costed and presented to the board.

—The site establishment and work to be done according to plan will be executed under OMMC supervision.

—Mine planning and start up infrastructure of mining area will be done by OMMC .

—All legal documents and procedures will be put in place for start up.

—As the mining contractor is responsible for the mining there is a minimum number of mine employees required (so called permanent mine employees). OMMC will negotiate the best affordable people.

—OMMC will also set up sub contractors for services and service agreements and pricing will be agreed upon for the best service and work done.

—Mine planning will be executed and a three month plan will be issued to a contractor and agree to with a signing off.

—The financial division for the investor will be given an action plan, for what and when payments should be made directly to suppliers and service providers. All account statements will first be audited and signed off before submitting for payment.

—OMMC only uses contractors and service providers that are accredited, trustworthy and production driven.

—If required, OMMC will also appoint person/s or a company that can assist with community engagement.

—Before any project a bill of quantities will be provided  from OMMC.
